Customer Satisfaction is of the utmost importance at Equilibrium. We would like to inform all of our customers that our shipping department is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays. Any inquiries over the weekend regarding shipping will be answered at the beginning of the week.
All orders are packed and shipped from the EU and will be delivered in a discrete package via regular post. All orders will be sent to the delivery address you specify on the order form. We will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided so make sure to check your information carefully. Before placing your order please consult your local laws on importing eliquid before ordering .
Delivery times can vary depending on your country’s mail service but expect 5-8 working days for your order to arrive.

Please remember that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of the item. However, we will try our best to assist all of our customers in locating their package if it is ever lost during transit.
Since international laws are continuously changing we can not keep up with what is legal to sell to our customers in other countries. It is up to the customer to be aware of their laws regarding ordering e-liquid/receiving e-liquid/ and any other restrictions regarding other vapor related products.
If items are confiscated by customs or the shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for the confiscation of such items. It is always the responsibility of the customer to only order what is allow for you to receive. Certain items can not be shipped internationally.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products we sell are sold, “AS-IS”, with no warranties expressed nor implied and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item received by the customer is damaged on arrival customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their damaged product in order to initiate an exchange process.
